Whilst we allow additional pax we dont refund for a reduction in pax after booking made.
Yes, there are. It is required under local marine regulation for all registered boats and yachts to carry sufficient life jackets for all passengers and crews onboard for emergency purpose. We also have additional safety equipment onboard. To learn more about safety, view our safety page.
It is not required as we are travelling within Singapore water. However, we recommend bringing your IC or passport, if possible, in case the coast guards need to check.
Yes! We have ample power points on board for you and your guests. Just make sure to bring your charger.
Dogs are allowed, but we request that you let the Captain know in advance. Pets must be house trained, of small size, and sufficient pee pads must be brought by customer. Strictly no pets allowed inside cabins. $500 cleaning fee applies if this rule is breached.
If it is raining or overcast we usually still do sail. We may delay for a short period (30 mins or so) to allow rain to subside (rain very rarely lasts long). Where there is severe weather (thunder, lightning etc), the Skipper may also delay the charter for 30 or so minutes and monitor the weather. The Skipper may end up canceling the charter if it’s deemed too dangerous to sail. The Skipper has the discretion and will make the ultimate decision. If the Skipper decides to cancel the charter due to extreme weather, you can have full reimbursement for the charter or be issued a credit note for a charter on another day, per our terms and conditions of charter (available to view on our website). The Skipper may also end a charter early if dangerous weather persists whilst on charter. Any discounts or reimbursements will then be at the discretion of Circasail.
No, the cost of food is not included. You have 3 options for food on overnight charters. You must bring your own food and drinks and towels on day charters. We supply drinking water and ice on each charter.

Circa needs to be notified of booking cancellations by contacting Luke on whatsapp (+65 8666 6578). Cancellations are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed by Circasail. Cancellations made by a guest will instead be converted to a credit voucher for a rescheduled charter at another suitable and agreed time but subject to payment of an administrative fee set out in our terms and conditions available to read on our website.
If prior to commencement of the charter, Circasail cancels the charter, the guest shall be entitled to full reimbursement of all payments made or a credit voucher, at their choice. The guest shall not be entitled to any compensation or penalty payments. In the event of any causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g. a force majeure event), including but not limited to acts of god, natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, pandemic or endemic, strike, orders, regulations of the government, local weather or sea conditions etc., Circa will bear no responsibility for not providing its services, accommodation, meals, transportation or any other services.
If during the charter period, the yacht is disabled by breakdown of machinery, grounding, collision or any other cause so as to prevent reasonable use of the yacht by the guests, Circa shall make a pro rata refund of the charter fee for the period of disablement.
A modern yacht contains many pieces of machinery and equipment, which have to work in the harsh marine environment. Although the yacht is well- maintained, equipment breakdown can occur. As long as the quality of the trip is not unduly affected in the event of equipment breakdown, such a breakdown, by itself, is not a ground for refund.
A credit voucher lasts for 12 months from the date of issue and then expires and becomes immediately void.
Safety is our number one priority. If a guest is ill we reserve the right to return to the marina. However, for sea sickness, we usually do not return to the marina. We highly recommend that you purchase motion sickness (sea sickness medication) from the pharmacy prior to your trip and take the medication at least 30 mins before coming on board (read the instructions on the packet). Otherwise, the medication will unlikely work and you may have a miserable day. The medication will not work if you take it after you have already started feeling ill. Dont risk it. ‘Kwells’ are a good brand at the pharmacy.
Yes it is possible, this will become a customised trip which may include additional charges
